We source our essential oils and our herbs from established and trustworthy growers. Many of them have been in business for over 100 years. How long does delivery take if I order online?
We aim to dispatch your order the same day as we receive it. If you need your goods delivered to a special address i.e. home or a neighbour, please ensure that someone will be available to receive the order.
What if my order is damaged?
First of all, please accept our apologies. Although we carefully pack every order, we hope you understand that accidents do happen. If you discover a problem, email enquiries@simplynaturaldirect.co.uk - or call 0845 289 6917.. We’ll arrange a replacement to be rushed to you as soon as possible..
I need to return an item – what should I do?

Can you guarantee none of your products are tested on animals?
Absolutely. We don’t test on animals – neither do any of our suppliers.
Can you give me some advice on which products to buy?
Absolutely. Simply email our in-house clinical aromatherapist - Anne Welby or visit our forum for advice from other professional therapists.
How can I pay for my order ?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Cheque. Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal. You are also given the option to print out your order to send with a cheque ( you will be asked to choose your payment method during the checkout process )
Do I need a credit or debit card to place an order?
No. You can post us your order with a cheque for the full amount. When your cheque has cleared we will send your products.
Why are our prices so low ?
Unlike many other companies who sell aromatherapy products, we don't simply buy in oils and re-package them. We manufacture an extensive range of products for the healthcare industry and as such, we source our oils from recognised suppliers. We only choose therapeutic grade oils in order for our products to be effective.
Because we buy in volume, we make big savings - then pass them on to you !

Why do i need to register ?
We require all customers to register their details before purchase is complete. You only need to do this once ( takes 2 minutes ). Registration allows us to have your contact and address details on file, just incase we have to contact you regarding a delivery or product shortage.
