    Distilled from Pure Essential Oils Floral waters (otherwise known as Hydrolats and Hydrosols) is the liquid residue that is collected when plants are distilled to make essential oil. These are therapeutic materials in their own right and can be used alongside essential oils, or in place of them especially in cosmetic preparations.
