Calming.

Skin: Soothing and anti-inflammatory to skin that is dry, red, and sensitive.

Physical: Analgesic for arthritic, inflamed joints. Use for teething pain and earache in babies and adults. Good for insomnia and irritability. Hepatic for liver and spleen congestion. Good for burns, jaundice, colic, diarrhea, inflammations internally and externally.

Mental: It is both a sedative and anti-depressant. Helpful for hysteria and nervous conditions. Sooths anger which is associated with the liver. Helps over-sensitiveness.
